Produce is picked fresh daily during the growing season. Apples are the largest crop grown on the MSAD#1 School Farm, with over 2500 apple trees planted on 14 acres. Our orchard produces 24 different varieties of apples including Cortland, Macintosh, Duchess, Gala, Honeycrisp, Red Free and others. Expansion of the orchard included an apple cider facility that was completed and opened in 2005. The cider produced at our facility is U.V. treated for your protection and contains no additives. The cider can be purchased in gallon, ½ gallon, quart, pint or 8 oz. individual containers. Call for details and available products. http://www.sad1.org/schoolfarm
